DONATE Your cash contribution may be used to purchase dry milk, soups, canned fruits, vegetables, tuna, oats, beans, rice, peanut butter, chili, stews, baby formula, and perishable items such as hamburger, chicken, eggs and margarine. Monthly rent for the food bank is $1,595.00, and we also pay $601.00 for utilities. This is necessary to keep the food bank operating. Although FISH strives to distribute only donated food, we sometimes need to purchase foods to make sure our boxes are nutritionally balanced. Food is purchased from Pioneer Food Service in Seattle (which supplies Washington food banks) and from local stores. Fill-out this form to donate by check or money order. |
